Happy Trails in Surprise is a great park with a great Golf course with some of the lowest rates around, if you play. Very relaxed and close to a lot of restaurants if you want to dine out. The park in Goodyear is very nice also. Let me add that Maricopa County doesn't have the highest car theft rate any more do to stepped up enforcement and a lot of bate cars waiting for a criminal.
