Thanks for the offer, Rich. Last time we rented a house was in the Acadia Estates and it was great. Some really nice houses there for great rates. And now apparently they have built, or are building, some new ones just across the parkway from Animal Kingdom. So even closer. Rental sites are showing those for similar rates of $250-350/nt. Apparently building vacation homes and then renting them out is booming.

We stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge 3 years ago. And it was a great experience. But we paid about $2,000 per room times 4 rooms. So $2,000 for a house for everyone is great.
