I have always (Level-up and non-level-up) leveled the unit before extending the slides and the only thing I do first is chock and hook up shore power. With regards to the fuses, I think Keystone hit the nail on the head. Our three rigs were in no way consistent on the labelling of the fuses or breakers. Just my two cents worth.
