I don't have the exact same model, but I suspect our zone 1 air setup it similar. I replaced my return air filters a few months ago and while I was at it I discovered all kinds of saw dust and other debris up in that area. Cleaned all that out.

Unless it is really quiet inside our unit I have a hard time hearing my zone 1 air running. Where are you located? What are the temps?
