Do you have the ACs with the returns on opposite side of the ceiling or is your AC visible in the ceiling? If you have the ceiling returns there have been reports on other forums of those return ducts collapsing and greatly reducing the air flow. Another reported issue, depending on AC MFR is foam pieces installed to keep intake (warn air) and exhaust (cold air) separate shifting causing the exhaust and flow right back into the intake. Several things to look at.
