Grumpy305 ... I'm just a bit baffled here with your input. A bolt on your slider failed, but didn't harm your fiver. You called Curt and told them of your issue ... they sent you a new bolt ... and you seem to feel that isn't warranty service. They sent you what was broke. Surely one could replace a bolt ... after all, one does have to be handy owning any RV. There are always odd failures with most any product being on the market for several years ... most all of us have experienced the odd one at some point. I get your resolve to abandon Curt ... however, it would take more than a single bolt to throw in the towel for me. Yes I have a Curt and really like the color coded latch which is near fool proof, but I believe the B&W is also a good hitch.
