We haven't done the bunking in together thing but we do have a family campout every year. The kids
mostly grew up camping starting when there were 5 - the oldest 9 and the youngest then 9mos. Since
then we have added 2 more to the group and now also have 12 grandkids and 2 greats. All that are able
to come have their own rigs or tents and we spend 3 or 4 days together. One big potluck on Sat. and
the other meals on your own. We even had the two married grandkids join us last year.
Unfortunately, due to many reasons, this year there will just be our oldest son & his wife and us.
Think we've even had 3 or 4 dogs in the group too. Lots of fun!
