For head locking pins - I just drilled the hole a little larger and used two small Master keyed alike pad locks. Not fully thief proof but would slow them down enough to go elsewhere or remove temptation for vandals to remove those pins while you are parked at a local Love's, etc. FWIW, you can also find much better pins at places like Tractor Supply. To hold the base in place, I used two 5/16" bolts and Nyloc nuts instead of the puny B&W supplied lynch pins. I also tightened the 4 base nuts with a 13/16 wrench before installing the safety pins also from Tractor Supply (instead of cotter pins)
