black plastic
I just finished replacing that black plastic junk with a sheet of 1/8 lexan. I just jacked to slide up a little and put 3/4 blocks under the wood trim on the inside and removed the old plastic, the carpet is stapeled under the front end with staple and i cut them loose with a sawsall and pulled the panel out and put in the lexan with 3m spray contact cement. so far so good looks great.
