I purchased a 2011 3455sa with those cracks. At first I had the dealer in writing state that they would fix them. When I found out the entire slide has to come out to fix it I decided that more problems could result from the fix, so I asked to be reimbursed for the repair which they did. My cracks are currently stapled every inch and covered with clear silicone.
Since the issue is under the slide and out of the weather, I keep an eye on it but don't worry too much about it. To be honest, I would bet that even after it was fixed the cracks would just happen again.
