Welcome aboard, Barb and Gary! You're in my old "stomping grounds". I used to fish Melvern (not real successfully!) fairly frequently and we stayed at Eisenhower State Park several times. We're now fulltiming but have kids in Prairie Village and Merriam. So we're temporarily in Independence, MO, visiting the kids. Today I went to McPherson for a kind of a reunion of old friends and drove right past your home area, Gardner, going down I-35. Hope you didn't float away. Sure had a lot of rain on this trip.
