The water pressure at my house will peel plant off the deck railings. I have no idea what the PSI is - never checked it. My shower is great!

For my RV I use an adjustable pressure regulator set at 55 psi. I used a fixed 40 psi regulator for years. I put a oxygenics shower head on my previous RV. It did not turn the RV shower into a “paint peelin’ pressure washer like my S&B shower. I don’t think a shower head swap will significantly change the feel of an RV shower. If you want a “high pressure” shower - better walk over to the campground shower house early in the morning and hope the hot water works.
