Dear Vendor,
Dick Montgomery was your point of contact for the Montana Owners Club (MOC) Rally September 9 - 15, 2020. Dick has asked to be replaced as coordinator because of personal issues.
I, Harold “JOHN” Kohl am continuing his effort. Please use me as your point of contact for the MOC 2020 Rally.
The rally is still scheduled 9 -15 Sep, 2020.
Vendor registration and fee will be made available in the future. This year registration will be an on-line submission.
The current projected dates for vendors are:
8 Sep, Tue, 8 AM open for vendor setup.
8 Sep, Tue, Noon open for early arrive MOC members.
9-12 Sep 8:30 building open to vendors.
9-12 Sep 9:00 open for MOC members.
Daily closure is anticipated to be 16:00 but could be earlier depending on Rally events on specific days.
12 Sep, Sat, Noon, Main Vendor building closing to MOC Members so vendors can pack out.
Note: If a vendor desires to remain set up for the rest of the rally a request may be accepted.
