Ron I have been on a jetboat forum for quite a few years. Lots of questions posted and lots of answers and experience shared. As forums and email in general are not personnel and face to face you will find a lot of people react different to the same post or email. Actual conversation is so much more personnel and easier to actually communicant and understand. Lots of augments and hurt feelings because people all have a different idea of what a post or email is actually saying. Lots of people post once or twice and then are gone. Some of them just want an answer to a specific question and others want to contribute to the forum and actually be a part of it. All you can do is to continue to try and help each and everyone that posts on the MOC forum and still realize that not everyone will belong to the group. What is really bad is when you get the trolls that are just posting to stir up problems and never contributed to the good of the group.
