I would guess the red 10 gauge wire is solar feed from the roof (if you rig is pre-wired for solar) OR, 12vdc supply line from the truck to your house battery. You could put an ohm meter on it and figure that out before you repair the wire.
I doubt it's solar for a couple reasons. First they come in pairs, red and black, second they need to go shortest route which means through the roof and down an interiour wall, or down the fridge stack, or down the factory installed gland.
