Actually there is no difference between the freezer and the fridge, if the freezer is working, then the whole thing is working. As Gene says, check the breaker first. If the breaker is OK, then look in the outside panel to see if there is anything amiss, like a loose wire. (There is a an electical outlet back there that the fridge plugs into, make sure that it is plugged in). When it is working the "chimney stack" should feel hot. If it is not hot, and everything else looks OK, I would suspect the heating element that is at the bottom of that stack.
