On June 28, 2011 at 11:21 AM we saw a Mountaineer Toy-Hauler between milepost 277 & 278, they were heading south. Did not catch the tow-vehicle make/model. We were in a GMC Dually pulling our Mountaineer Toy-hauler heading North.
