Hail is a major issue here and we do have vent covers. Our last big experience was when we added on to our stick house because hail destroyed the siding and windows on one end of the house and the roof on the whole thing. A number of years before it got our store and as luck would have it both our vehicles were there at the time. Just part of living in Kansas.
