That sticker is like a mattress tag. Once you have the truck, the numbers that matter are the GVWR, axle ratings and tire ratings for the tires you actually have. Weigh the truck in YOUR configuration and figure out how much room you have.
Also, the poster that mentioned the 10K limit on 20" wheels, that truck came with a 10K rating option to reduce registration costs, nothing to do with the wheels. Check the build sheet.
