In this scenario you are good to load 3260 lbs in the truck. GVWR is the maximum total weight allowed. Depending on the year of truck the payload rating was often exaggerated. Manufacturers would base it off of base models, no rear bumper and other components. Not sure if the bid three all conform to SAE standards for measuring payload.
