Specific to the 3000RK. and not the 8K independent suspension.
Independent suspension seems to be the go to to correct many issues.
I have a 2007 3000RK Build date of December 2006.
The 2006 and early 2007's were built with a 5300 lb axel. Way underrated..
early 2007's models then came out with the 6K axels..
I was wondering at some point..if they were using up old inventory before going to the 6K... axles.. same rig.. same model..then they went to a 6000 lb axel providing the 14K GVW.
I have upgraded the springs and LRE4000 bushing to match the 7000 lb axels. overkill maybe. but I am pretty hard on the rig dirt roads and dry camping etc and have not been disappointed.
from 2006 to 2007 the Lippert frame basically stayed the same
from what I could get out of Keystone. Difficult to tell...
Cheers
