We look at GPS a little different. Living in the mountains, unless you download offline maps, things like phone apps don’t work. So, we have the in dash GPS (never had an issue with roads going out of date much. Usually they don’t move them.). We keep an updated Garmin RV 7” and I use the Truck GPS zoomed out and the Garmin zoomed in. For traffic I let the truck GPS reroute me. Otherwise, if there is a disagreement we follow the Garmin. Lately, on the flat land, we’re using Waze on Apple CarPlay. CarPlay is nice if you are trying to find someplace in your contacts. Hope this helps. In the end, it depends on what YOU want it to do.
