I believe the wire is only 10awg. If you are only installing a 175 watt panel that wire will work for you. My concern would be that you wouldn’t be able to charge your new BB batteries using that setup. At least not effectively. WHEN you added more panels you would have to run them in series to keep the current within the limits of the OEM wire. You can do a google search for all the pros and cons regarding solar panels connected in series vs. parallel.
