Well, you should have NO problem with your truck with either model. I pull a 2003 3295 RK with the F-250 Super Cab version of your truck and all has been well so far, though air bags ARE on my list of "to dos."
The 3295 was not my first choice, but we found a very good deal from the first owner and have grown to love it. It is a VERY spacious model!
I just responded to another post about backing a TT versus a 5er, and will say that I STILL find the TT easier after over five months of owning the Montana. Perhaps it is just that I have backed TTs since I was old enough to drive and 5ers are still relatively new to me. I would encourage you to go to a deserted parking lot and practice before heading to the campground for the first time, especially if the sites are going to be tight.
