Hi everyone. We just purchased our first Montana High Country 381TH 2 weeks ago. We have owned several 5ers in the past but nothing by Keystone. We love the layout but have some concerns with things. The AC in living area not cooling, the lift on bed not raising or lowering smoothly and then there are the small things like jacks not working. It is currently at the dealership getting corrected (hopefully-it is Camping World) and that in itself is a let down with their tech staff.
