When we installed ours last summer we had to remove the jumper inside the entertainment center. The we had to set the TV to Sat. Then we had to look at which HDMI I was connected to (there were 3 HDMI connections) Once I set the TV to the appropriate HDMI then it worked. Then I had to play around with the AV system to get sound and to get the speakers to work with the TV. Nothing is easy..
