The toilet replacement is not hard, just remove the bolts, disconnect the water, and remove from the seal. You will need to replace the seal. Most seals are made of a beeswax substance, but I have seen some that have a red rubber gasket. Either way, it is best to replace to keep the sewer gas from coming back up in the toilet. Should not be as hard as putting down the new floor. Best of luck.
