Here here Orv. Couldn't agree more. Lets see, 6,000.00 bucks would barely cover the insurance, taxes, mowing, raking, shoveling &/or plowing, etc. on a stick house. At our ages we should be living a lifestyle of leisure and not slaving over a stickhouse.
