When we dump, we always run the fan in the bathroom. We replaced that OEM fan with a Fantastic Fan and when that fan is on, no odor in the bathroom while dumping. Also, when "using" the bathroom, with the Fantastic Fan on, there is no lingering odor. Just thought I'd add that.
