I was able to move one jack at a time, but I did it by an unknown random amount and sequence of pushing the buttons. I never figured out what I' did, and I've never had issues with out-of-stroke or LF, LR type errors since. I did eventually learn how to fix those LF, LR type errors, but haven't had any in a long time.

But, moving a single jack by itself IS possible. I have moved all 6 of mine, alone. But how I did it, well, I may never figure it out again. Once thing is certain, Lippert sure keeps these types of things a secret, because I've never been able to find anything about this is any of the on-line manuals or on any of the Lippert YouTube videos.

I do know, you have to be in manual mode, and then it's a combination of pushing the middle diamond button, either left or right, and then the front or back, then the retract and push the diamond again. It was something really weird like that. Since I've not had any issus in over a year and a half, I'm not messing with it either.
