All you have to do to take a factory tour is contact Keystone Customer Service and ask about taking a tour. They only give tours on a specific day of the week so call them and you'll find out when that is! You'll see the units built from the beginning when the frame and wheels come in to the finished product. A great tour and great way to learn more about the units.
