One of the problems with these new OPD tanks is the safety valve inside. If the tanks runs out and you get it refilled, once you reconnect to system the value should be opened slowly. Listen for the hissing sound once this stops can open valve all the way. What happens if you open to fast the tank thinks there is a leak and the safety valve inside shuts down the tank. If you forget to open slowly and this happens, close valve remove tank and bound on ground to release the built in safety valve, reconnect and open slowly till hissing stops. This has worked for me many times. Happy Camping!
