On the 3402 they removed the white paneling behind the convenience center and rear wall and since the repair guy was a small person he was able to squeeze in there and get to the junction box. The junction boxes are on both sides of the tank. The 12V junction box is on the left side (looking at the tank from the front) and the 120V junction box is on the right side. It is the hardest one to get to. There was nothing wrong with the suburban wiring or installation but the Keystone wiring was.....well..... not good. Every model is going to be different as to the location of the tank.
