We had a similar problem in our 2016 305RL. The air conditioner itself they determined was the culprit. It took several trips to the dealer and different fixes before the AC was replaced along with one third of the roof decking, ceiling and rear outside panel of the camper. This was all done under warranty. So far no more leaks.
