I took a corner too tight once and a tree crumpled the Aluminum (?) corner and tore some of the roof EPDM for about 4' above my bedroom (front of the RV) slideout.
Eternabond could have worked but Repair Shop suggested it would lower the resale value so I had Insurance cover most of the repair which consisted of new corner, all new vents, another layer of thin luan plywood after the old EPDM was removed. And new EPDM of course.
Added a few pounds of weight, but now its easy to walk on the much sturdier (double layer wood) roof.
Recently coated that roof with O'Henry Tropic Cool. Very shiny now!
