We left snowy Western NY (Rochester/Buffalo area) at the end of Sept. Wanted to make sure we beat the cold. Got into FLA in mid Oct and will be here till mid May, provided it warms up, up North.
We saw about the same as you when we came down. Some CGs everything was done over the phone and check-in info outside their office, others business as usual.
