Mike, I have not weighed yet, so I can't tell you my actual weight. I know my 2013 1-ton is more than capable. We do not have a washer and dryer, nor do we have a lot in it. I do know that of our three Montana's that this one fits our current lifestyle best. We live in the mountains, wanted a side aisle, open floor plan, shorter, lighter unit. Take a look at the 3160, by shopping around you can get some great deals. And, the Montana is the only one that comes with the MOC. On this trip alone we have spent time with three different MOC couples. You can save some dollars by going with the residential vs legacy model. But, the legacy adds some of the premium attributes you may be looking for.
