I would contact Keystone Customer Service because, at least on the newer rigs, they told us on the factory tour a couple of years ago that the flooring had a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. On the leak that's a common place to have water and most of us have found it's the 4"strip on the outside bottom of the slide that needs to be recaulked. I would look there first.
