I use the convection mode quite a bit during the warm Summer months. This was my first experience with a convection oven and I have to say I do like it! It doesn't heat up the rig like the propane oven. We're full-timers and don't eat out that much, so I cook most of the time. During Winter, I'll use the propane oven more since having a bit of extra heat in the rig is a good thing when there's two feet of snow on the ground.
