Dimplex understands customer service!

A few months ago, our Montana was broken into and the TV's stolen while it was at the dealer for warranty work. The dealer stepped up and replaced both TV's, the remotes and the broken door latch. No other damage was done.
On our first trip this year, I wanted to use the fireplace and realized that the thieves evidently had stolen the fireplace remote along with the TV remotes.
I e-mail Dimplex, the manufacturer and inquired about a replace remote and the cost. The lady e-mailed me back for my address and phone number. I received another e-mail today stating a replacement remote was on it's way free of charge.
Their fireplace works good, too! Good to know some still care about customer service...
