Either the chair base rings or the pans must vary in size. My chairs fit perfectly in the plastic drain pans I bought at Home Depot. I did have to cut down the sides to about half height. Not hard with a saber saw.
Much much easier than before. But still takes a little effort. Partly because they bump against the D rings and straps on the floor.
