WE have a wine rack, but its located as you enter the door above the buffet. I cut a long piece of rubber (you could use a tire tube) the width of the rack that hold the neck of the bottle down. I use two wood blocks on either end and stretched it to give it some spring back and screwed it down with the wood blocks. Now I just lift the rubber retainer up and slide the bottle under. You could also make something like a stockade that held the witches arms and head in, with a hinge on one side and a latch on the other, to secure the necks to hold the bottles down. Or you could buy box wine..
