You'll begin to note the details that you missed the first few times that may solidify your choice. Every floor plan has some uniqueness and usually ends up prioritizing what's most important. We opted for the best storage, kitchen and living area in the rear to suit our lot. We bought a lot in SW Florida that has an HOA, but permits a small shed. Our shed has both a half bath and laundrys, so there's no need to duplicate having an extra bathroom or have a W/D onboard.
