Thanks for the response. I gave them each a turn when I first discovered the leak today. Seem to slow it down quite a bit. But was still slowly dripping. I could see the metal frame on the inside bending very slightly so I didn't was to tighten much more. Maybe the problem is already solved and it's just what was already leaked in coming out. I'll check if it's still leaking before I go to bed. Rained and snowed all day so it should be a good test for it.
