I buy the awning cleaner from WalMart, dilute it according to instructions, brush it on underneath and on top with a long handled brush, roll it up for 15 minutes or so, then unroll and spray clean. Sometimes a bit more brushing is required. Looks really good except for a thin line along the very top where it joins the camper.
