I was about 50-100 miles from the centerline of the last one in Wyoming. I talked to the campground host in Dubois the next year and they said the sites booked up about 2 years out.
My only observation from my viewpoint was sort of a dusk that come on us, but not very dark. While watching from my truck, the auto lights came on tho!!!
