I have an 09 3400rl. One switch turns on the light by the shower and the other switch turns on the other 2 lights. If the switches on the lights are on and the bulbs are good it is probably the 12 volts feeding the 2 switches. Unscrew the switch plate and check for 12 volts to the wire that jumps across both switches. There may not be a ground wire there so you may have to run a wire tail to a good ground for the tester. Also if the fuse is blown there should be an led above the fuse with the red light on. Hope this helps.
