Boy Howdy ... livin west of the Mississippi and not quite next to the ocean just keeps getting more and more beneficial even if it is rather flat and occasionally boring. Regional boys buy up these trucks near as fast as you can list them.
Like mentioned earlier ... you'll get more power with a tuner, but one or two MPG is all you'll gain if that is your goal. The guys that say they picked up 4-5 MPG are smoking Peyote.
