Are you sure that Keystone took care of this or was it possibly Billy that actually did it? I have purchased 2 Montanas from Northgate RV in Ringgold and if I ever purchase a 3rd one it will certainly be from them also.

I had a small issue on 2 different occasions that were a short time out of warranty when Billy called for authorization. Keystone did not pay for either but neither did I. Who does that leave.

Billy and his entire family that work there and the entire staff are top notch!
