Steve, (azstar), I don't think that's right unless I misunderstand what you are saying. I had a conversation awhile back with a Keystone exec about these shackle problems. At that time he commented he was aware of problems with the nylon bushings not holding up but was not aware of the hangers having problems. He is now. I can't imagine there not being some kind of bushing, in this case nylon, between the bolt and the shackle. Am I missing your point?
